Liked on YouTube: TukTuk Tango | KB3D – Secrets of the Luminara | Unreal Engine cinematic short film

Logline: „Indiana Jones’ Jeep, fed up with his lazy and obese owner, hits the road for thrills, spills and his own high-octane adventure.“ 🚙

What sounded like pure manic fiction two months ago now finally became reality, written, directed, lenses, lit, animated and edited by yours truly.

TukTuk Tango is nothing less than my most ambitious and complex short film up to this date and what a wild, creative, at times frustrating but overall rewarding journey that was. I’ve poured two months of lifeblood, sweat and endless nights into this action-packed gem. Truth be told, at some point I’ve even forgotten that I’m doing this for the @KitBash3D ‚Secrets of the Luminara‘ challenge.

Couldn’t be more happy to finally share what we’ve been cooking inside Unreal Engine 5.4 with a bit of support by Blender, EmberGen, LiquiGen, Cinema4D, Marvelous Designer, Substance Painter and DaVinci Resolve.

Speaking of, I couldn’t have pulled this of without my partners in crime. So big shout out and a million hugs and kisses to those MVPs:
